When paying for parts or services in the dealership, customers earn 5% of their pre-tax purchase amount back in Rewards Dollars, which they can spend on a subsequent visit. These Rewards Dollars accumulate in a Standard Account, which can be redeemed toward parts, service or rentals (no minimum redemption required). The Company credits another 5% from each pre-tax purchase amount toward the purchase of the customer’s RV (“unit”). These Rewards Dollars accumulate in a Unit Purchase Account and cannot be redeemed for parts, service or rentals.
Rewards Dollars may be redeemed on rentals booked directly through our retail reservations office; they may not be redeemed for rental bookings from travel agents and other wholesalers of rental vacations. Commercial, Wholesale and Fleet accounts are not eligible for Rewards membership.
If the Cash Card is inactive for 18 months, The Adventurer Group reserves the right to cancel the Rewards Dollars on the card. Rewards Dollars cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash. There is a limit one Cash Card per household.
